About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Window Cleaning Technician to join our professional janitor service team. In this role, you will service our commercial and government clients, ensuring their facilities maintain a polished, professional appearance. A typical day involves traveling to various local commercial sites, corporate offices, and municipal buildings to set up equipment and deliver high-quality exterior and interior glass cleaning. You will utilize specialized commercial gear, including high-reach water-fed poles, squeegees, and safety rigging. If you take pride in precision, enjoy an active workday, and are ready to uphold strict facility standards, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
Requirements
Clean Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a strict criminal background screening required for secure commercial and government facilities.
Drug-Free Workplace: Toni Pro Cleaning is a drug-free workplace. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and are subject to random testing.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to travel to and from assigned job sites across the region.
Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs on a regular basis (including extension ladders, commercial hoses, and heavy equipment).
Comfort with Heights: Ability to work safely and confidently on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms.
Professional Conduct: Strong communication and a professional demeanor while working on-site around clients and facility managers.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for spots, streaks, and smudges to ensure flawless, contract-compliant results.
