About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Janitorial Maintenance Technician to join our professional commercial cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall care of our commercial and government clients' facilities. A typical day involves performing routine and deep janitorial tasks, operating commercial floor care equipment (such as buffers and extractors), handling minor facility upkeep, and ensuring all safety and sanitization protocols are strictly met. Clean Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a strict criminal background screening required for secure commercial and government facilities.
Drug-Free Workplace: Toni Pro Cleaning is a drug-free workplace. All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and are subject to random testing.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to travel to and from assigned job sites across the region.
Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs on a regular basis (including heavy trash bins, commercial vacuums, and cleaning supplies).
Equipment Experience: Knowledge of or willingness to learn how to safely operate commercial cleaning machinery (buffers, scrubbers, and carpet extractors).
Professional Conduct: Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor while interacting with clients, tenants, and facility managers.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for cleanliness and order to ensure all facility contract specifications are flawlessly maintained.
