About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality janitorial service to our commercial clients. This role requires someone who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and who takes pride in their work.
Routine cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down surfaces
Restroom cleaning: Cleaning toilets, sinks, and mirrors, and restocking supplies like soap and toilet paper
Trash removal: Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
Window cleaning: Cleaning windows, glass doors, and mirrors
Floor care: Stripping, sealing, waxing, and buffing hard surface floors
Specialty services: Carpet and upholstery steam cleaning, pressure washing, and event-based cleaning services
Use specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to disinfect and clean commercial workplace areas.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their specific needs.
Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues to management.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Manage time effectively to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physically able to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
